These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TMD Auto Detailing website and services. By booking or receiving service, you agree to these terms.

SERVICES AND ESTIMATES

TMD Auto Detailing provides mobile vehicle-detailing services in Frederick, Maryland and surrounding communities. Pricing shown online is starting pricing unless expressly stated otherwise. Final price and service time may vary based on vehicle size, condition, contamination, access and requested work. We may recommend a revised service or price before beginning work.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers must provide accurate vehicle information, a safe and lawful work area, reasonable access to the vehicle and any utilities agreed upon during booking. Please remove valuables and personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle. The customer must disclose known damage, loose trim, aftermarket components, electrical issues, leaks, delicate surfaces or other conditions that may affect service.

RESULTS AND PREEXISTING CONDITIONS

Detailing improves appearance and cleanliness but cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain, odor, scratch, defect, pet hair, mold issue or bonded contaminant. Preexisting wear, damage, deterioration, repairs or hidden defects may become more visible after cleaning. Paint correction reduces visible defects but does not guarantee their complete removal.

ACCESS, WEATHER AND SAFETY

Mobile appointments require suitable access and safe working conditions. Weather, unsafe conditions, equipment problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require delay or rescheduling. We may decline work that could damage the vehicle or create an unsafe condition.

PAYMENT

Payment is due as stated during booking or upon completion. Deposits, if required, may be applied toward the scheduled service and are subject to the cancellation policy. Chargebacks or unpaid balances do not eliminate the customer’s payment obligation.

PHOTOS

We may photograph vehicles for condition documentation and quality control. Marketing use will avoid personal information and identifying details where reasonably practical. Contact us before service if you do not want marketing photos taken.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, TMD Auto Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Any claim relating to service should be reported promptly so we have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or copy protected business content without permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
